My husband and I scheduled an interview with Kayla to see if she would be a good fit to watch our baby. The day before, she said needed to reschedule the interview to another time due to a Dr appointment. I appreciated the communication and adjusted the time. As we were packing up the baby to meet her, I saw a message that said she realized the job wasn't an immediate start date. I asked if it meant she was no longer interested. She didn't respond, so we met at the agreed location as scheduled. Unfortunately she never showed.
