About Kayla

Currently, I am a stay at home mom but looking to start nannying again with my 1 yr old son. Before becoming a mommy, I was a teacher and nanny for many years. I graduated from UW-Madison in 2014 with a degree in HDFS (Human Development and Family Studies). I have primarily worked in Early Childhood Education as a 1-3-year-old teacher as well as a Assistant Director and Director at high quality, play based preschools. I then took some time away from the school world and became a nanny. I cared for two girls, a 1 yr old and a 4 yr old and another family I watched a 5 mo old boy. I was responsible for implementing a daily schedule that included educational and nurturing activities. I also would prepare some meals, do kids laundry, school pick up, and organize and assist with daily tasks in the home. **Please note I am looking for a position where my son would be with me. I am open to care at your home or mine here in Stoughton. A great opportunity to build social skills!
