About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as patient, energetic, and loving. I like working with kids because they bring so much joy and fun! They love to learn and I feel like I can learn from them too! I'm looking for a job that offers me some flexibility as I am home from college for the summer but I am also looking for something I can enjoy and hopefully be a big help to parents for! I started working with kids around 8th grade. I've worked summer camps, helped teach at my dance studio, volunteer in the nursery at my church and I have multiple years of babysitting experience. I also have learned a lot from watching my younger brother! In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks, play games, and enjoy time outdoors. My skills include communication and problem solving, as well as empathy and compassion for the kids as well as the families. I also feel I am very adaptable and willing to learn to work in different environments and circumstances
