About Kayla

Hi there! My name is Kayla, and I have worked with kids and/or teenagers for nearly two decades in various capacities: lots of babysitting/nannying, umpiring baseball and softball games, summer camp staff, youth ministry, and mental health settings - to name a few. I love the vitality, creativity, and fun that each individual personality brings to this world. It is a joy to play and engage with each child in the ways they most love. Following the top priority of safety, FUN human interaction is a beautiful privilege of taking on the role of babysitter in the lives of children. I still remember some of my babysitters from growing up and feel so honored that I can pass on this meaningful relational influence to the next generation! My mental health training has also increased my understanding of the unique personalities and needs held by every individual child in my care.
