About Kayla

Hello! My name is Kayla and I'm from Perry, Ohio! I am a currently a senior at Bowling Green State University studying pediatric speech therapy. I've always had a love and passion for working with children and nurturing their growth. My six years of experience as a childcare provider have given me the skills to do so effectively. I have previous experience as a preschool assistant. My calm and friendly demeanor puts children at ease, allowing me to connect with them on a personal level. I communicate openly with parents, always keeping them informed about their child's day. As for household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring a smooth transition for the child. When it comes to playtime, I'm all about outdoor activities, board games, and educational games that make learning fun! With a valid CPR certification and First Aid training, I can handle emergencies with confidence, giving parents peace of mind. Lastly, I have a car, so outings and adventures are always a possibility.
