Hello, I'm Katie. I have worked in healthcare for 20+ years and am looking at doing private home care. I have experience in several different settings of healthcare. Including, but not limited to dementia, long term, rehab, home care, assisted living, independent living, and a Dr.'s office. I've even owned my own home care company in Omaha, but COVID took me out. I'd describe my personality as being very empathetic, honest and caring. I enjoy caring for seniors because I like to make a difference in their lives. Caring for seniors is very rewarding and I love creating bonds with them! I did not grow up with grandparents, so working with the elderly has given me the opportunity to have "grandparents".
