Katie has been a really wonderful addition to our family. My wife commutes far for work and I work as an Executive chef so my hours are totally long and unpredictable as well as hers. This has never posed a problem to Katie, she has always been on time and even early to make sure, and completely engaged in our daughter with her needs and always puts her first. My daughter is on a good schedule and we were worried with hiring outside help if her schedule would be accomplished. and it totally is, she totally goes by our guidelines and the needs of our daughter. She is so motherly and caring but also has the firmness when dealing with a tantrum or something isn't going right. She knows what she's doing. That's the biggest thing I could say.
