Kathy has watched my children frequently for over a year. They love her. I love her. She is attentive to their needs, spoils their wants, but will tell them no if they get carried away. I trust her to use my car (for my daughter's car seat) to take them wherever they want to go. And she can somehow manage to get my daughter to clean her room. When it's time for Kathy to leave, the kids whine and cry because they want her to stay.
