About Kathryn

Kathryn worked for us for a year and about 3 months. She was a great nanny to my kids. When she started working with us, my son was a little over a month old and she did a great job with him and my then 17-18-month-old daughter. She helped with house chores, which helped us a great deal. She started during the pandemic and was willing to use precautions. She was also flexible, which was great especially as schedules change as children grow up and life/work changes. But unfortunately, there was a lack of communication on her part, and she was unreliable. She often called in and missed work, again without good communication. At the end, she was a no-call no-show, still to this day. This is unfortunate because Kathryn is a great person and I hope she finds a way to address these issues. We wish her all the best.
