*I am not sure why my rate is listed as $45/hour. My base rate is $35/hour and increases by $5/hour per child. I have been involved with childcare for over 10 years and work with very young infants and children of all ages. I'm in graduate school working on a doctorate in child development research. My work is about how children understand the world and how they learn numbers and math! My approach to childcare is engaged and warm. I am always thoughtful and compassionate in my response to children's emotions. With babies, I spend all my time interacting and socializing with them. With children, I play with them and also allow them to explore independently during play. I think outside time and creativity time is so important for children! I try my best to be flexible for every family that I work for and will always put my commitment to your children first. I'm most often available in the evenings on weekdays and anytime over the weekend. Please message me with any questions!
