I love Katie’s honesty and kindness. In the years I have known her, she is an exceptionally hard worker and is not afraid of nor a stranger to sacrificing her needs and wants to make sure others are taken care of. In fact she has done it regularly since I have known her. I also love how knowledgeable she is about childcare and child development. She has always struck me as someone who naturally just loves kids, but I also respect all the intentional knowledge about teaching kids she has amassed over the years from her career in child care. It’s this combo of knowledge, heart, devotion and self-sacrifice that garners my deep respect and trust. If I were not a stay-at-home mom myself I would absolutely hire her as a nanny with full knowledge she would care for my kids possibly better than I even do!
