About Katherine

Hi there! I'm a former English teacher turned Copywriter. A few of my passions include books, puzzles, art, and animals. I put myself through grad school by teaching and nannying, so I have 3+ years of experience caring for kids ages 2-12. I moved to Los Angeles at the end of May and am looking to establish new connections here. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, funny, and kind. I like working with kids because they're so much fun. I love the energy kids bring to everything they do, and it's beyond rewarding to see their personalities develop. I started working with kids when I was just 16 years old, babysitting for my younger cousins. In college, I interned in non-profit education, tutoring kids of all ages at a writing center. In my spare time, I like to read, write, hike, go to museums, and spend time with my friends.
