About Katherine

I've always been drawn to helping young minds grow, which is why I've dedicated the last nine years of my life to caring for children. My passion for fostering their development, coupled with my experience in babysitting, has led me to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, with training in First Aid and CPR. I believe in open communication with parents, whether through daily reports or verbal communication at pickup. I tailor my communication style to their preferences. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my friendly and approachable nature, creates a nurturing environment for children. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and enjoy a variety of games with children, from educational games that promote learning to outdoor sports that encourage physical activity. I can also assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. In my role as a caregiver, I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for.
