Katherine agreed to my job listing knowing that the hours would vary. I let her know the job is temporary as my family would be leaving our location for a month. She confirmed with me the day before she was supposed to start. Then at 7:30 am the day she was supposed to start, she decided to quit because of the varying hours. I even offered her a salary to cover for the times she wouldn’t be working but she denied it. She knew from day 1 that she won’t do this job but still accepted.
