Kat was nanny to our 2 toddlers for 2 years. She is a kind, caring and thoughtful person and it shows up in her caregiving style. She brought new library books and kits every week or two, and read to the boys every day. Kat is naturally patient and a little silly, which is ESSENTIAL in an environment with small children! She chooses her words carefully in any tricky situations (with two small boys there tend to be frequent small confrontations!) so that both parties feel heard and no one is shamed for having big feelings. She is also great at communicating with the parents. We all love Kat, and we're grateful she was with our family for so long to help us raise creative, caring, respectful boys.
