Hi! My name is Kate, I am currently a college student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have just over 5 years of babysitting experience! I nanny in Colorado almost every summer for the same family. I have been with their children since they were 6 months old, which has given me lots of experience. I love all ages of children, and have experience in geriatric care from three years of volunteering at the local VA hospital. I am looking to work while I'm home for the summer until end of August. Kate helped me and my husband with our infant son for three months while we worked from home. From the time she interviewed, she was always super punctual, flexible and professional. She is kind, patient, and engaging with our little one AND with us (we are new parents still learning the ropes). Even though my husband and I just work on a separate floor, she still sends us cute photos of the baby and the fun things they're up to. She has also helped us tremendously with picking up our slack around the house where needed but still always putting the baby first. We never had any concerns leaving him with her, and have been lamenting over the fact we have to give her up to go back to school. We are happy to recommend Kate and look forward to having her back over the summer. :)
