In the past I have done a lot of work caring for others. Most recently, I worked as a PCA for a nonverbal teenage boy with Autism. I administered medication, took him for daily exercise regimens, fed him meals and monitored his personal hygiene routines. I also have experience as a live-in nanny, and worked with 2 toddlers. I am CPR and First-Aid certified by the Red Cross of America. For any further information, please contact me.

I have know Katelyn for over 20 years before I hired her to work for my son as his Personal Care Assistant. She was employed for about 2.5 years. Her duties were very similar to that of caring for a very young child since he has been diagnosed with severe autism at 2.5 years old. Currently, he is non-verbal and speaks mostly through gestures and ASL (American Sign Language) which Katelyn had to learn as well to enable communicating with him. She was always very caring and empathetic especially when he failed to stay on task or perform self help skill efficiently. Katelyn even went out of her way to initiate fun activities for him that he would be able to participate in considering his pervasive developmental delays. The only reason why Katelyn no longer works for him is that she moved to Georgia to be closer to her ailing mother; otherwise Katelyn would still be employed here. She is very much missed by every member of my family. Anyone who hires Katelyn to care for their young children are going to be very satisfied with her services as they begin to consider her as a great asset to their family structure.
