About Karissa

I completed a pathway course my junior year of high school in Early Childhood Education. I significantly helped to raise my nephew whom I love dearly! I volunteered to run an activity day for disabled children. I am a former aide for the YMCA A+ program. I worked before school from 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and the after school A+ program. I am a patient, nurturing, and tenacious person. I care for children like they are my own. I am also an animal lover as I grew up with pets such as chinchillas, rats, birds, dogs, cats, fish, etc. I love hiking and going to the beach. I played sports such as basketball, volleyball, swimming, golf, and paddling. I try to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle!
