Karen loves her work. She made sure my mom was as happy as possible. She joked with my mom and made her smile. Whatever we asked of Karen she did. Karen is super neat and clean and would bring sweets to treat my mom. I always joked with Karen that I hoped we'd find find someone like her if my husband and I ever needed care.
