I care for clients with intellectual Disabilities, Dementia, Alzheimers, parkinson's , bed bound, colostomy, catheters. I assist with baths and dressing, feeding, medication reminder, help with exercise transfers and all basic needs, I accompany to appointments and have a valid driver's license. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I am also available for overnights.

Was hired for 2 hrs a day for 4 days but always left 1/2 early and never stated to me the time she was leaving. As I was the payer & one who hired you as my mother’s caretaker I should’ve been notified. Did not state to me she was going out of country I had to find a caretaker on short notice. When asked she stated she told my mother. My mother sometimes has no idea what day or time it is and she thought my mother communicated this information to me. There was always dirty laundry left there.
