I have been teaching students with special needs in the Indianapolis area for the last 8 years. I have also been a volunteer in our church with the special needs programming and with Special Olympics Indiana. I love being with my students and watching them learn, but also learning from them. I believe that all children CAN and will learn if they are given the opportunity and tools to do so. I am passionate about advocating for the rights of others and teaching my students to learn to advocate for themselves too.
