I am looking for a part time nanny position. I have a B. S. in Human Development & Family Science, with an emphasis on Child Development. I've worked in various childcare capacities over the last 10 years, including daycare, social services, & nannying. My first nanny position was for 3 children in Fargo, ND where I worked for 2. 5 years. From April 2017-January 2021 I nannied for a family with two small boys, whom I was with since each child was a newborn. And from January 2021-June 2022 I worked for a family in Prior Lake with 3 kids & left after they got settled in their new home in Mankato, due to length of commute. I have experienced many facets of childcare including potty training, bathing, food prep, laundry, driving child(ren) to activities/museums/libraries, organizing developmentally appropriate educational activities, art projects, etc. I gave birth to a baby of my own in Sept 2022, and am looking for a family that is comfortable with me bringing my child with me.

Kara was an absolute blessing for our family. She was our nanny for four years, from the time both of my boys were newborns. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about child development, milestones, common health concerns, etc., she is kind, generous, thoughtful, conscientious, organized, punctual (was never late in four years), and fun. She kept our children on routines and always had fun things planned, but was also firm when necessary. Kara led the charge on potty training our oldest, for which we are eternally grateful. Our boys love her dearly and she will be greatly missed. Any family would be so lucky to have her in their home watching their children. She is one in a million.
