About Kaitlyn

My name is Kaitlyn, I'm a single mother of 3 precious children who are 10, 8 and 6 years old. I have worked in childcare most of my adult life. I was a lead teacher in a preschool setting where I complied with DHR regulations as well as creating lesson plans and organizing fun filled learning activities. Now, I'm a behavioral/instructional aide in the public school system where I'm one on one with special needs children, helping them with their every day while following their IEPs (individual educational plans), BPs (behavior plans) and assisting the teachers with anything they need as well. My oldest son is also diagnosed ASD/ADHD so I'm very experienced and comfortable with special needs children, as they are a huge part of my every day life. I do not smoke, I have a clean driving record and I'm very comfortable with all animals!
