About Kaitlyn

I have over 10 years of experience with coaching and babysitting children aged 6mo-17 years old. I believe I bring a caring and patient approach to childcare to ensure everyone feels valued and safe. I have a strong background in leadership and working with special needs children as well which helps with clear communication, attention to detail, and positive growth in every child. I am happy to get them playing outside, driving to and from camps, or even just working on homework. My goal to be as supportive as possible and truly make a difference in everyone's lives. I like to spend my spare time on the water or in the air. I grew up on the water, racing sailboats and driving powerboats, and have recently gotten my pilots lisense One thing you should know about me is I love spending my time outdoors and sharing my love for water activities with those around me.
