Kaitlyn is extremely hands on, she will get down and play with the kids in a fun and creative way! The days I have a schedule and specific tasks in mind, they always get executed above and beyond expectation. She is also great with complete freedom and fills the day with structure, fun, music and more! Absolutely LOVE her!
