About Kaitlyn

Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children is my passion. I have experience working with toddlers and young children, including those aged 2-6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My approach is patient, friendly and always respectful of your household routines and rules. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and love engaging them in developmentally appropriate activities whether that's board games, puzzles, or educational apps. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, carpooling and light housekeeping to support your families' day to day needs. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, and have completed coursework in early childhood studies and development, which informs the way I care for and interact with children. At the end of each day, I provide verbal updates so you are connected to your child's experience while being away. Providing reliable, compassionate care brings me joy, and I look forward to meeting you and your little ones!
