Hi! My name is Kaitlin and I'm 19 years old. I'm currently a student at PFW and have been working at a nursing home for over 3 years, which has really helped me build patience, compassion, and strong communication skills. I've always loved being around kids and helping out however I can, whether that's playing games, doing crafts, or just making sure they're safe and happy. I would describe myself as reliable, caring, and patient. I'm the kind of person who takes responsibility seriously, but I also know how to have fun and connect with kids on their level. I'm also very organized and good at keeping a routine, which I know is important for little ones.
