I previously worked as a Speech-language pathologist in a skilled nursing home to short and long- term patients providing speech, language, voice, feeding and swallowing, and cognitive treatment and services. Your safety, rights, and quality of life are of utmost importance to me. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, reliable, organized. I like caring for adults and seniors because I enjoy the camaraderie, the activities, and the stories and wisdom shared from their life experiences. I'm looking for a job that provides me with the ability to make a difference in someone's life while offering them companionship and peace of mind. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, be outside, garden and yardwork, walking my dogs, go to coffee shops, read. I'm an old soul. I also enjoy baking, cross stitch, crosswords, puzzles, tidying, organizing, shopping, errands.
