Kaela was our first nanny. It was so hard for me to leave my baby with her or any other stranger because I never had anyone take care of my baby but me, and I was very attached to the baby and worried about her well being. I hired Kaela and was so happy with her, she worked for us for 3 months summer break and wished she could stay longer had it not been for her having to go back to school. She was excellent, she followed every request, and the schedule and was so sweet with my baby. I live in a condo and my neighbors would always tell me that they would see Kaela with my daughter and even hear her through the hallway, and they said that they never heard her raise her voice and never heard my baby cry, they kept telling me how wonderful my nanny was :-) And she was, we miss her terribly. I would highly recommend her as a nanny for any age.
