About Julie

As a caregiver to my elderly Mother since 2017 - I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs facing seniors in today's society. Our world has changed so much over these past few years - keeping up and comprehending the latest in day-to-day living can be confusing, exasperating and depressing at times. Caring for my Mom has taught me that patience, compassion and being present - asking the right questions at the right time, and (most importantly) listening - then taking the best course of action - can provide the best outcome in most situations. My belief in the power of humor has also been reaffirmed, and having a fun, positive approach can greatly enhance the well-being and quality of Life for everyone involved. It's true: Laughter is the Best Medicine! Lastly, I am physically fit, in good health and committed to providing others with the highest level of respect, care and support.
