Vanessa has worked with both my parents for quite a while now - The ONLY reason she is no longer working with us is because she was hired through an agency, and due to financial reasons, we were forced to go private, and are unable to hire her per the contract we signed with the agency when we started. I would hire her in a minute if we were able to. Vanessa is a team player, is great with any situation that arises, knows my parents so well that the slightest change in their behavior, notifies me and has really saved us from more serious complications arising. Vanessa is friendly, reliable, responsible, honest, hardworking, loving, and see's what needs to be done and gets it done. She does not have to be told. Most importantly, she treated my parents as she would her own. You will be very happy with her! I just wish we could keep her!
