About Julie

I have been working with children for 26 years. I am a certified teacher, with my main certification in teaching early childhood through 6th grade. I finished my undergraduate studies with a degree in Family Consumer Sciences, specializing in Family Services, then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Reading. I believe young children have the innate ability to learn, if they are given the right leadership, and opportunities to grow. My goal is to utilize my knowledge and skills in caring for children to ensure their academic, and social/emotional needs, are taken care of as well. I love the outdoors, the beach, camping, and animals! I'm looking to assist in educating, tutoring, homeschooling, temporary nannying, babysitting, etc. Please let me know if I can help your family in any way!
