Hi there! I'm Julianna. I have worked in the childcare field for the past 10 years. Prior to me working as a nanny, I have experience as an infant/toddler/pre-k teacher for four years in a daycare setting. I also have experience with working with developmentally delayed children. Julianna went through a detailed screening process. She negotiated and signed an employment agreement. Based on her acceptance of F/T employment, we released the existing caregivers. On a Sunday night, before what was to be her first full day of employment, she "resigned" via email (not text or phone call). I'll let that speak for itself.
