She was okay at best and was a companion to my mother. I had to repeat directions to over the 3 months she was with us. She couldn't physically do the assistance needed for the job. She was not reliable--showing up late or canceling shifts last minute. She also gave us less than a 2 week notice and let us know she was leaving 2 days prior. Would not hire again.
