I am a licensed practical nurse with 20 plus years of experience. During the time my husband and I raised our children, I also worked in nursing homes. For several years, I worked at Homeward Bound, a facility for the severely physically and mentally handicapped. For 20 years, I worked in a clinical setting in Internal Medicine at Park Nicollet. The last two years, I provided part-time in-home care for an elderly mother with Alzheimer's. Some of my duties included dispensing medication, prompting with dressing, toileting, eating, keeping physically active and light housekeeping. I am energetic with a quick smile. My main goal now is to work with someone needing extra care in their home, making sure they are treated with respect and giving them the feeling of self worth, usefulness and comfort.

Judy is caring and compassionate. She's very responsible. She cared for my mom for 2.5 years until we had to put my mom in memory care. Judy is a retired nurse which is important as she may cue into something that a family member may not be seeing. She comes very highly recommended!
