We interviewed Juanita (Tessie) for a full time nanny position. My current nanny ended up extending her contract, but Tessie really impressed us. She spent a full day with my 6 months old and her past experience really showed. I didn't need to show her what to do, she took initiative, was patient and had great energy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a seasoned nanny!
