We hired Juana at a crucial time in our lives because at that time, we had just moved from a different city, I was starting a new job, we have a 3.5yo son and my wife was pregnant with twins. She was a great hire as she helped us immensely. Juana was even greater when our twin babies arrived. She helped us so much in making things smoother at home, from helping us with all the kids, feeding, burping, holding, cleaning and prepping everything we needed. Juana told us she prided herself on being punctual during our interview and she was never late to any of the time she worked for us. She helped my wife with the 3 kids (2 were infants) while I was at work, which was a lifesaver for us. The only reason why we don't have Juana anymore is because we needed someone 5+ days a week because of the twins babies and we went and got a live in au pair since we have an extra room at our home.
