My wife and I met with Joy aka Dani. We liked her, she presented herself well, and was punctual for the meeting, so we began discussing the details of pay and expectations for the position. She then went completely off the radar, and would not respond to texts or emails to try to schedule a date/time for a day in our home. If a position is not the right fit for a person, that's fine, but she clearly has a lot to learn regarding professionalism and a mature approach to employment negotiations.
