My job duties included assisting subacute patients and nursing home residents with daily living activities bathing, dressing etc promoting independence and maintaining functional abilities. Also experienced in providing therapeutic exercises to improve functional abilities. Home care experience with personal care, safe mobility, medicine management, companionship, transportation to appointments, and running errands. Also currently provide respite to a client who's husband has Alzheimer's disease. I am very familiar with dementia and it's various stages and comfortable working with clients with dementia.
