I have four boys - Josie began babysitting for us when she was 15. Josie is one of the most dependable young women I know, and she was always our first choice for a sitter (we've recently moved out of her city). My children loved her attentiveness and how maternal she was. She has always been a natural with kids. I'd recommend her without hesitation!
