We loved Josefina. She was caring and sweet with our little guy. Always showed up on time and kept us up to date on how the day was going with him. We were very happy with the care that she provided our son for the short time that we had her. However, she quit giving only an hour notice before her shift telling us that she would not be coming back due to personal reasons and was not willing to assist us until we could find a replacement.
