About Jordan

I have over 4 years of experience in several childcare settings. I volunteered in a church nursery for many years and spent several months in kids ministry on the Oregon Coast. Ministry and my Christian faith is something very important to me and I would love working with a believing family! When I was on the Coast I was working in a nursery, teaching preschool kids, and leading youth! After that I moved to Spokane Wa and worked for a year as a preschool teacher at a daycare! A year later God aligned the stars so I could move back to Oregon permanently! Currently I live in SE Salem and on some weeknights I care for a boy with autism. I can help with taking kids to and from school or other outings as a licensed driver with a perfect record. I love doing lots of crafts and hands on activities that engage kids in a way sometimes modern technology can't! I'm CPR and First Aid Certified with an emphasis on pediatric response.
