I interviewed lots of caregivers with varying degrees of success. Many did not match up to their stated skill set but Jordan absolutely did. I also checked her non family/friend references, which were excellent. Even though we hired a different caregiver, I felt she was an excellent choice and would have been completely comfortable hiring her to care for our three young kids. I say put her on your list definitely.
