I love my work and it shows. I've done all aspects of home care for more than 30 years. I always go above and beyond to see my clients get the best care possible. It's not just a job for me, but a friendship that's lasts forever. I'm always willing to learn about each client and their personal needs. Not everyone has the same needs. I'm happy and upbeat, I NEVER bring personal issues or problems into a clients home. I can provide excellent references from prior clients. I do not spend my time on my phone, I actually leave it on silence through my whole shift. I am able to accommodate most last minute changes in scheduling. **** I am not an LPN, nor RN. I'm not sure why it shows that in my profile. I'm trying to get it removed.

Worked for about three weeks, before dropping notice, hours before I was set to travel (I had to cover). Some skills and knowledge but no certifications (said they lapsed). Scheduled herself for holiday weekend but got "sick" that day, right back for shifts after holiday. Cooks and cleans well, and monitored my Dad, who is mostly self sufficient. Recommended a friend Lynn (do NOT hire Lynn) which filled some time slots. Had some good suggestions to streamline care. Gave notice via a long rambling text with wild accusations. Forwarded same text to all the other caregivers (hugely unprofessional and makes people uncomfortable) telling them to quit. When she shows up she works, but she is not a doctor, and I went with doctors test results and recommendations. Summary: Employed about three weeks, had to cover multiple times and gave notice hours before scheduled shifts. Reliability low, skills average +
