I have over 20 years of both in-pt., and out-pt. care. Primarily with individuals who had mental illness. For the past five years I had been my father's primary in home, caretaker. He passed in the fall of 2022. I have much experience with "hands on" daily care. When I interviewed with the Director of Nursing at N. Y. Presbyterian Hospital in 1987, I commented "Compassion is the chief law of human existence". I take pride in my ability to handle most, if not, all situations that may arise. I have learned much, but remain "teachable", with a positive attitude and deportment.
