I have been working with adults and children with autistism and of other mental disabilities for about 9 years. I currently work for the Orange County Public School System as a behavirial assistant with elementary children. I have been employed with them for almost 2 years I have training in CPI, PCM and RTB. I am also currently in school obtaining my bachelors degree in psychology, my goal is to be employed as a behavriol analyst. I love what I do, even with the challenges it comes with I wouldn't change my profession. I love what I do and helping kids achieve their goals, its a satisfying feeling when they've worked hard to accomplish a goal that may seem small for us but for them its a huge. Just seeing their smiling faces knowing they accomplished their goal is a reward in itself.
