Jocelyn was my mom's caregiver from August 2021 until February 2022, when my mom passed away. She is extremely dependable, punctual, kind and compassionate. She treated my mom with the upmost respect, and enjoyed having conversations and learning about my mom's life. She was great with following directions, providing recommendations and keeping me updated while I was at work. She also has been a caregiver for my dad. Jocelyn cooks, cleans, does laundry, provides medications, and keeps good notes & tracks vitals. There was so much our family asked her to do as my mom's illness progressed, and she never said no. She is great with bedside manner/patient care, and our family was blessed & thankful she was chosen to be my mom's caregiver.
