She is amazing with our 3 kids age 13, 10, and 18 months. She is very responsible, caring, and maintains a calm environment for our kids. With our youngest she works on developmental skills, sign language, takes him for walks, to the park to play, and loves to read to him. With our two oldest she makes sure they get their homework started when they get home from school, do their choirs, and if there is still time tries to do some fun activities with them. She is also always on time, discusses with me every morning any changes in the schedule for the day, if there is anything special I need her to do around the house, and any ideas she has for the day. When I get home she lets me know how the day has gone and if there are any ideas or concerns she has related to the kids. She is also very conscientious about safety with the kids and being consistent with the rules we have for them.
