About Joanne

I worked at a daycare for approximately 7 years with all ages of children (2 months to 10 years). I have two children of my own (now ages 25 and 28) who are my world. In addition, I have spent the past 18 years working in the health care field in which I deal with numerous emergencies and provided care for the elderly. For over a year, I provided care for a 2-year-old boy. We participated in numerous activities together: Story time, gymnastics, hiking, and creative dance. During our 1:1 time, we completed an assortment of art projects together. Before caring for him, I worked with a 1-year-old girl. I have maintained a close relationship with her and her family, and we still go on play dates. When the family is out of town, I house sit and care for their animals. I have a playful spirit and love working with children.
