Joann was an amazing caregiver for my 7 and 10 year-old children. Patient, caring, creative and kind, she worked with us for a year during the height of Covid, supporting our kids with their remote learning (while I was teaching remotely myself in another part of the house and taking online classes to complete my degree in the evenings) She kept them engaged and entertained with in-home games, activities, crafts and imagination play. Joann was mature, responsible and proactive, a great caregiver. :)
